If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Use the link below — it opens a pre-filled e-mail. Send it and your cancellation is on record with the date it was sent.

If the link does not open your mail program, simply write to timo.wenck@web.de with your order number and the sentence “I withdraw from my contract of sale”. Any clear statement is enough — no particular wording is required.

What happens next

  1. We confirm your cancellation by e-mail, normally the same day and at the latest within two business days.
  2. We tell you the correct return address for your item — it depends on which supplier shipped it, so please wait for our reply before sending anything back.
  3. You return the goods within 14 days of your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of the return.
  4. We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of your cancellation. We may wait until the goods are back with us or you show proof of posting.

If the item is damaged, faulty or not as described

Then this is not a cancellation but a complaint, and different rules apply in your favour: write to us with your order number and photographs. You get a replacement or a full refund, and we pay the return postage. Your statutory two-year guarantee is unaffected.

Bestellung widerrufen (deutsche Fassung)

Verbraucher mit Wohnsitz in der EU, dem EWR oder dem Vereinigten Königreich können den Kauf binnen 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen. Der folgende Link öffnet eine vorausgefüllte E-Mail; mit dem Absenden ist der Widerruf mit Datum erklärt.

Öffnet sich Ihr Mailprogramm nicht, schreiben Sie einfach an timo.wenck@web.de mit Bestellnummer und dem Satz „Hiermit widerrufe ich den Kaufvertrag“. Eine bestimmte Form ist nicht vorgeschrieben.

Wie es weitergeht

  1. Wir bestätigen den Widerruf per E-Mail, in der Regel am selben Tag, spätestens binnen zwei Werktagen.
  2. Wir nennen Ihnen die richtige Rücksendeadresse — sie hängt vom Lieferanten ab. Bitte warten Sie diese Antwort ab.
  3. Sie senden die Ware binnen 14 Tagen nach dem Widerruf zurück und tragen die unmittelbaren Rücksendekosten.
  4. Wir erstatten alles Gezahlte einschließlich der ursprünglichen Lieferkosten binnen 14 Tagen nach dem Widerruf. Wir dürfen bis zum Erhalt der Ware oder Ihrem Rücksendenachweis warten.
