Shipping
Megatronia ships worldwide. Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum basket value and no surcharge at checkout.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 5–30 days, depending on your country and the item. This is the honest figure for our model: our items are dispatched directly by our supplier rather than from a warehouse in your country. If speed matters more to you than price, this shop is not the right place to buy.
You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as the parcel is on its way. Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan.
Split deliveries
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are not charged more for this. Where your right to cancel depends on the date of receipt, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
Customs duties and import taxes
Goods are shipped from outside the European Union. Depending on your country, customs duty and import VAT may be charged on delivery, and these are payable by you as the recipient unless they were already collected at checkout.
For deliveries into the EU: since 1 July 2026 every consignment from a non-EU country is subject to customs clearance — the previous EUR 150 duty-free threshold no longer exists, and a flat customs charge applies to low-value consignments. Carriers may also add a handling fee for clearing the parcel.
We cannot tell you the exact amount in advance, because it depends on your country, the item and the carrier. If you are unsure, check with your local customs authority before ordering.
A refused parcel that is returned to the supplier because import charges were not paid is treated as a return: we refund the goods, minus any costs the carrier charges us for the return.
Address changes
Write to us within 12 hours of ordering if the delivery address is wrong. After that the order is usually already with the supplier and can no longer be changed.
Parcel not arrived
If your tracking has not moved for 10 days, or 40 days have passed since dispatch, contact us with your order number. We will trace the parcel and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
Countries we do not ship to
We do not ship to countries under international sanctions, currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia and Belarus.

Megatronia liefert weltweit. Der Versand ist bei jeder Bestellung kostenlos — ohne Mindestbestellwert und ohne Zuschlag an der Kasse.
Bearbeitung und Lieferzeit: Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 1–3 Werktagen bearbeitet, die Lieferung dauert anschließend 5–30 Tage, je nach Land und Artikel. Die Ware wird direkt von unserem Lieferanten versandt, nicht aus einem Lager im Bestimmungsland. Einen Sendungslink erhalten Sie per E-Mail, sobald das Paket unterwegs ist.
Teillieferungen: Mehrere Artikel können in getrennten Paketen an verschiedenen Tagen ankommen. Zusatzkosten entstehen dadurch nicht. Für die Widerrufsfrist zählt der Erhalt der letzten Ware.
Zoll und Einfuhrabgaben: Die Ware wird aus einem Land außerhalb der EU versandt. Je nach Bestimmungsland können bei der Zustellung Zoll und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer anfallen; diese tragen Sie als Empfänger, soweit sie nicht bereits an der Kasse erhoben wurden. Seit dem 1. Juli 2026 unterliegt jede Sendung aus einem Drittland in die EU der Verzollung — die frühere Freigrenze von 150 Euro gilt nicht mehr, für geringwertige Sendungen fällt ein pauschaler Zollbetrag an. Transportunternehmen berechnen teilweise zusätzlich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr. Die genaue Höhe können wir vorab nicht nennen; im Zweifel fragen Sie vor der Bestellung bei Ihrer Zollstelle nach.
Paket nicht angekommen: Bewegt sich die Sendungsverfolgung 10 Tage nicht oder sind seit dem Versand 40 Tage vergangen, melden Sie sich mit Ihrer Bestellnummer. Wir verfolgen die Sendung nach und ersetzen oder erstatten sie bei Verlust vollständig.
Keine Lieferung in Länder unter internationalen Sanktionen, derzeit unter anderem Kuba, Iran, Nordkorea, Syrien, Russland und Belarus.
